This free, one hour webinar for managers, supervisors, team leaders and employees is delivered by our ‘In Work Support’ (IWS) Service and forms part of a wider programme of wellbeing support for (employed and self-employed) individuals and small-to- medium-sized businesses across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.
We all have times when we feel under pressure – both in and outside of work; however the longer this not addressed, the more detrimental it can be on your health and wellbeing. This 60 minute session gives an overview of the signs and symptoms and introduces simple coping strategies that can help individuals to manage stress more effectively.
All attendees who register for a free place via Eventbrite will receive an email detailing the joining instructions for this Microsoft Teams session prior to the webinar.
