How To Write A Business Plan For Funding


This event is available free of charge to individuals & businesses based South Gloucestershire.
Are you thinking of starting your business and/or applying for loan finance?
Would you like to understand how to write a comprehensive business plan, including the financials?
If you answered "Yes" to these questions, our Planning a Business webinar is for you! During this session we will introduce you to a conventional business plan template and explain how to complete the business plan and manage cashflow. Our start-up business advisor Emma Smith will work through key sections of the business plan with you and explain to you what banks will be looking for in order to obtain funding. A template will be sent to you in advance along with the link to the webinar.
During the webinar, we will cover:
• Planning your vision
• Writing a business plan
• Managing cashflow
This workshop forms part of our Business Start up Programme however it is also suitable for trading businesses needing to write a conventional business plan to raise finance.
Please note, this workshop will be held on Zoom. The online workshop format gives you the chance to fully participate in group discussion via video, ask questions throughout the session, learn from like-minded business owners, and build connections. You will leave this webinar with a clear understanding of the topics covered.
This webinar is publicly funded and forms part of Universal Business Support - A West of England Combined Authority initiative, delivered in partnership with South Gloucestershire Council to support businesses across the region.
You will be asked to complete an online registration form which will be sent to you.
