If you're struggling with any of the 34 symptoms of the Menopause come and join me and I will share with you some lovely restorative yoga, along with some guidance on nutrition and top tips on dealing with hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety, panic attacks & brainfog.
You will leave the session feeling cooler, calmer & empowered with techniques to use at home. The first few to book will receive goody bags leftover from previous workshops with gifts from my friends at
Women can frequently feel disempowered, invisible, and depleted by the process of going through the Menopause. It can be physically, emotionally, and mentally demanding. It can challenge our sense of identity and our beliefs about where we belong in the world.
However, it can be an opportunity to embrace the changes and step into a powerful place by discovering inner and often hidden strength and wisdom.
In 2019 I was fortunate to undertake Menopause Yoga training at Dr. Louise Newson’s Menopause & Wellbeing Centre in Stratford. Louise is an inspiration in educating regular GP’s on the latest research around women’s health and is campaigning for better information and advice to be available for all women, you may have seen Louise recently on the TV campaigning for better advice for women going through each stage of the Menopause. https://www.menopausedoctor.co.uk/
